Understanding the brand, audience and problem.
I begin by developing a clear understanding of the brand, its audience, and the problem that needs solving. This stage is focused on gathering insight, identifying key challenges, and uncovering opportunities that will inform the creative direction.
Rather than jumping straight into visuals, I prioritise context, ensuring the work is grounded in purpose and aligned with both user needs and business goals.

Define & Develop
Shaping direction, positioning and creative strategy/ concepts.
Once the foundation is clear, I translate insights into a defined creative direction. This involves shaping positioning, establishing visual intent, and setting the principles that will guide the design process.
At this stage, I focus on clarity and decision-making to ensure every creative choice has a reason behind it and contributes to a cohesive overall system.

Deliver
Refining and executing across digital and brand touchpoints.
With a clear strategy in place, I move into design development and refinement. This is where ideas are explored, tested, and translated into final creative outputs.
I focus on consistency, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring the final work not only looks strong but functions effectively across all intended applications.
